During the ongoing Canada Post strike we are unable to ship to PO box addresses. We can ship to most street addresses across Canada via UPS.

  • Majority of free shipping is done by Canada Post
  • All purchases over $100 will receive free * shipping within Canada. (* free up to $40 value) remote locations may require extra postage.
  • US purchases will be a $25 flat rate.
  • All purchases will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • If item is out of stock you will be emailed and if you do not wish
    to wait you will be refunded immediately.
  • Out of stock items may take up to 2 weeks to ship
  • Remote locations – no free shipping on exchanges
Warranty - 6 months from date of purchase

Defects or warranty claims DO NOT include wear and tear of footwear that has occured from daily work activities or abusive conditions.
Please email photos of the defect to [email protected] for inspection. If it qualifies as a manufacturers defect an RA# will be issued and product can be returned at your expense.

Return Policy

  • Please fill out and return the Return Form here
  • New, unworn footwear in original packaging can be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. (no exceptions)
  • All soles must be 100% clean. No marks, mud, or dirt.
  • Bootsbootsboots is not responsible for return shipping charges. All packages must be shipped prepaid.
  • If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you wish to return for refund, a $15 restocking fee will apply. If it is for exchange than a
    new item will be sent out free of charge. Only one exchange with free shipping will be allowed per purchase. After that, extra shipping
    charges will apply.
  • We must receive new unworn footwear in their original packaging. Do not tape or write on original packaging. please wrap or put in
    another box to mail. Failure to do so will result in no refund and returned at your expense.
  • Refunds will be issued within 1-3 business days from the date we receive parcel as long as all requirements have been met.
  • Please include copy of original receipt.
  • Refunds can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days
